# Space Connect Early Access Notice

SC.Community and SC.Artifacts are proprietary Windows 11 x64 products provided together as the Space Connect Early Access suite.

## What Early Access means

Early Access is pre-release software. The Products may be incomplete, may contain defects, and may change as they are stabilized. Operators should use professional judgment, review outputs, protect their devices, and maintain independent backups of important data.

Early Access is free and does not expire. It does not include a Trial, Community, Pro, paid multi-user, revenue-threshold, or downstream-commercial tier. Those possible full-launch models are not part of this release.

## Who may use it

The Early Access license is for one human operator who is at least 18 years old. That operator may use the Products for professional or business work performed for the operator, the operator's employer, or the operator's clients on Windows 11 x64 devices under the operator's control.

The operator may create private scripts, automations, agents, and plugins against the Products' local APIs for that same operator's use. The license does not permit source access, modification, compilation, redistribution, sale, sublicensing, public hosting, white-labeling, resale, service-bureau use, or downstream embedded-service use. It does not impose a separate competitive-use restriction.

## Local-first operation and external requests

The Products keep their application data in their respective Windows package LocalState areas. They do not require a Space Connect cloud account, send Space Connect telemetry, or automatically upload logs. Some user-directed features can contact third parties, including map and geocoding providers, external links, a selected email application, and tools the operator connects to a local API. The Privacy Notice explains those routes.

## Support and legal documents

Space Connect Investments Company provides reasonable-effort support through help@space-connect.com, without a service level agreement or guaranteed response or resolution time.

The Products display these documents read-only. They do not use clickwrap, store acceptance state, or track reacceptance.
