SC.Community Early Access

Your CRM and your maps should work together.

SC.Community brings property records, contacts, custom fields, and GIS into a free Windows desktop application. Organize your research, search it on a map, and keep the people and work connected to the properties.

The work already exists

Turn scattered research into working context.

Comp sheets, offering memoranda, market studies, surveys, notes, owner contacts, and GIS sources are useful on their own. Without a connected place for them, you end up finding the files again, reconciling names and fields, rebuilding the map, and trying to remember the person or conversation that made the research matter.

Three practical jobs

Start with the question in front of you.

From comp sheet to map

Make a comp sheet a reusable map.

Review and prepare a comp source before importing it, confirm the locations, and keep the relevant fields visible. A saved search can give you the same working view the next time the question comes up.

From site to field work

Connect a site to the people and the tour around it.

Create an Activity for a site tour, map its venue, and keep the linked property and contact records in context. Return to the same record when the next conversation happens.

From local knowledge to a working List

Use your own fields to filter a real working List.

Add typed custom property fields, search on the values that matter, and save the reviewed set as a List for the work you are doing.

Make the model yours

Adapt the records without leaving the work behind.

LiquidIT lets you add the classifications and typed fields that make sense for your business. For example, track acquisition stage, quoted land price, acreage, and a price-per-acre calculation that divides two numeric values on the same record. Save useful searches, keep deliberate working Lists, and use the local API when you want a private tool to work with the same local foundation.

SC.Community is an installed Windows application. Its core workspace stays local, so you can build useful structure without first opening a cloud account.

Practical details

A straightforward Early Access download.

Who is Early Access for?
It is for an individual CRE professional who wants to organize local research, relationships, property records, and maps in one Windows workspace.
Does it need a cloud account?
No. SC.Community is a single-user Windows desktop application, and a Space Connect cloud account is not required for the core workspace.
What should I expect?
Early Access is free and still evolving. Start with a real question, keep your own backups, and read the current terms before installing.
Where does my information live?
Your core workspace stays local on your device. Map sources, geocoding, external links, and providers you choose operate outside that local boundary.
Is AI required?
No. The core record, relationship, custom-field, and map workflows work without AI. Any AI use is optional.
