SC.Community Early Access is available as a free Windows desktop download for individual use. The current application brings local property records, contacts, custom fields, relationships, activities, and map-based research into one connected workspace.

These are current priorities, shared without estimated delivery dates.

  • Planned

    Incentives, traffic, and market context on the map

    Planned visual reference layers include HUD Qualified Census Tracts and Difficult Development Areas, Treasury-designated Opportunity Zones, National Highway System traffic, EPA cleanup sites, National Register historic resources, and Census, LODES, and Bureau of Labor Statistics market and labor themes. They are context for map review, not property scoring or tax-eligibility decisions. SSURGO remains deferred.

  • Planned

    Google Calendar events beside native Activities

    A read-only Google Calendar feed is planned alongside native Activities, with individual .ics export when you need to share an event. Outlook, email inbox access, and two-way synchronization are not part of this planned improvement.
